What’s New?

This month’s release has mostly been under-the-hood changes to our software packages, bringing improved user experience across the board. We have also been building upon our launch of our Data Exploration Tool from last month to bring even more new features to users!

New things for you to try include:

• Video processing workflows in the Data Exploration Tool.
•  Bring selected 3rd party Hyperspectral data into the Data Exploration Tool workflows.
•  Insert custom Python Analysis routines into the Camera tool within our SDK.

Data Exploration Tool

Version 1.1.1 – recommended for all data analysts

Brings video processing workflows into the tool:
– Unlock dense spectral sampling from your HSI snapshot video data. See the tutorial video here.
– Stitch together video data to hyperspectral panoramas. See the tutorial video here.
 as well as the ability to directly import existing ENVI files for analysis.

Software Development Kit

Version 1.12.0 – recommended for all users

Allows for custom Python analysis routines to be used with the browser-based Camera tool.
